Lloyd is the Managing Partner of Athene Capital, a venture capital, private equity, and private debt investor based in London.

Previously, Lloyd worked at EQT Partners, a leading European private equity firm, where he was in charge of deal sourcing, as well as analyzing and executing investments across the capital structure.

Prior to EQT, Lloyd was at Deloitte, where he advised investors, lenders and management teams on turnaround business plans and restructuring options.

Lloyd’s previous experiences include roles at JP Morgan, ISIS Private Equity, and HSBC.

He is an ACA Chartered Accountant, graduated from the Wharton School as a Joseph Wharton Scholar with concentrations in entrepreneurship and finance, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with honors in French.
